Effective personalization of your marketing  involves a great deal more than naming the business after a person... and it can have outstanding results when it is approached as a marketing strategy.

When George opened The Tiny Pizza Restaurant, he had an interesting idea for a gimmick.

With every pizza ordered, he would give a free "tiny pizza" sample. People who came into the restaurant were pleased and surprised.

The problem was... how to effectively get the word out to the  families in the surrounding neighbourhoods.

Another pizza menu stuck in the mailbox (among the many others) was not the answer. It had to stand out and be different.

We photographed George in his kitchen and then created a caricature of him holding the "tiny pizza".

We designed the menu to feature not only the gimmick, but the face of the smiling owner. This is not the pizza of some nameless, faceless corporation—it's the guy next door... and he has a sense of humour.
